These terms govern your use of ColorNook at colornook.app, operated by Jernsmia Invest ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ColorNook provides a library of free printable coloring pages. You can browse and download pages without an account. Creating an account lets you save favorites. Future features may include generating custom coloring pages.

2. Free downloads

All pages in the free library may be downloaded and printed for personal, educational, or non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the pages for commercial purposes without our written permission.

3. Your account

You may sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to scrape, copy, or mirror the library at scale
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the service

5. Intellectual property

The coloring page images, site design, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to ColorNook. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the personal use license described in section 2.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular page will remain available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to the service

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Norwegian courts.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on ColorNook infringes your copyright, email hello@colornook.app with a description of the work, a link to the content in question, and your contact details. We will review and take appropriate action.
